Burger Joint and House of Worship

This gem comes to us from Marshall, Texas. Two weeks ago, I was driving from Dallas, Texas to Shreveport, LA and ended up in Marhsall, Texas for lunch. I found this Whataburger off the highway (my first Whataburger) that doubles on Sundays as a house of worship for some evangelical Christian sect.

I made the mistake of walking in and saying, "I wanna talk to Jesus!" Obviously, I'm not Southern and probably looked like a three-headed alient to those folks. Felt like the big guy who's name is probably something like Bubba was going to wipe the walls with me.

But the sign was just too precious and I had to snap about a dozen photos of it.
